Description
Excellent installation flexibility and compatibility
With an innovative 0.8 short focal ratio and 1.1x zoom capability, the BenQ LK936ST is able to produce ultra-realistic images in tight spaces. When mounted 14 to 15 feet from the screen, it can project an image nearly 10 feet high. This allows the projector to be placed above and behind the hitting area without creating unsightly shadows and glare. The absence of visual distractions means your practice will be more productive than ever.
Sometimes, projectors need to be mounted off-center due to obstructions or obstructions. In this case, the LK936ST lens shift feature can be used to properly align the image, shifting it 60% vertically and 23% horizontally relative to the screen size. After shifting, 3D keystone correction can be applied to obtain a perfect projected image.
*For actual lens shift measurements, see spec sheet.
To counteract the trapezoidal effect that can occur when the projector is mounted off-centre, the BenQ LK936ST offers a three-dimensional keystone correction range of up to ±40° on the horizontal and vertical axes, and the projected image can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise. The Corner Fit control can be adjusted individually each corner for perfectly aligned image geometry.
BenQ laser technology ensures reliable projection from any angle. Dynamic mounting options such as 360° rotation and portrait applications allow projection onto ceilings, walls, floors or angled signage.
The LK936ST's digital image scaling and shifting capabilities allow installers to reduce images to 75% of their original size in 0.5% increments via the OSD menu. The image can also be moved, so installers don't have to remount or adjust the projector in case the image doesn't line up exactly in the required frame and space.
LK936ST is equipped with an S/PDIF interface that supports 5.1-channel surround sound output. The HD audio upgrade transforms your projector into a home theater system, providing an immersive entertainment experience for home golf, movies, music, games and more.
The LK936ST can connect to a home automation control system, allowing you to manage and control your projector from your smartphone, tablet, or PC.
The LK936ST features breakthrough HDBaseT connectivity that combines video, audio, RS-232 and LAN control signals onto a single RJ-45 cable from multiple sources including: PCs, laptops, document cameras, Blu-ray and DVD. This ensures seamless transmission up to 100 meters.
Excellent image quality
BenQ, the world's No. 1 DLP brand, has launched a full range of innovative projectors using proprietary DLP high-brightness laser technology, suitable for large venue applications. BenQ laser projectors combine high brightness, outstanding image quality, installation flexibility and maintenance-free laser light sources to enable immersive public displays and innovative visual communications like never before.
The zero-deviation alignment of the laser can increase the light flux entering the light tunnel, thereby improving the light efficiency.
The Dual Synchronized Color Wheel utilizes an additional yellow portion to stimulate the precise RGBY spectrum for optimal color performance.
The DLP chip consists of more than 2 million micromirrors that reflect pure light through a color wheel and is sealed to withstand heat for more than 20,000 hours without degradation.
Producing 4K UHD 3840 x 2160 resolution with 8.3 million distinct pixels per frame to meet CTA standards, the LK936ST utilizes revolutionary 0.47-inch single DMD DLP technology to maximize the projector's sleek, compact form factor to Enable immersive environments. 4K Ultra HD is four times the resolution of Full HD 1080p, delivering stunning clarity and crisp detail.

Enhanced
The LK936ST's powerful laser projection uses a dual color wheel system to cover an unparalleled 92% of Rec.709, the industry standard for color reproduction in HD video and film. Enjoy golf, movies and games in perfect color, knowing that what you see on screen is exactly what the director intended. Additionally, the increased color ratio and pure laser-generated RGBY hues significantly enhance color saturation and guarantee superior projected image quality compared to lamp projectors.
With up to 5,100 lumens of brightness, the LK936ST perfectly reproduces the lush greens and vivid blues of your golf course at home. In some laser projections, chromatic aberration can cause excess blue and violet colors to appear in unintended places. To solve this problem, BenQ worked with color experts to develop the exclusive Golf Mode. A quick setup option, Golf Mode uses the blues and greens from popular golf software to correct purple fringing, immersing golfers in natural reproductions of blue skies and green grass.

With the LK936ST featuring an HDMI 2.0 port, users can now effortlessly project content with less friction and enjoy a wider brightness and contrast range than SDR.
LK936ST is equipped with certified DisplayPort 1.2a, which can transmit audio and video signals simultaneously. DisplayPort 1.2a's high bandwidth enables higher resolutions, higher refresh rates, and greater color depth. Additionally, two small barb structures on the connector provide friction locking and optional mechanical latching.
Lasting reliability
The laser light source of the BenQ LK936ST laser projector guarantees 20,000 hours of maintenance-free operation, saving bulb replacement and maintenance costs. Calculated based on the average cutoff brightness of a typical long-life lamp, the value of the laser exceeds the value of 10 lamp replacements over the life of the projector.

Easy to maintain and manage
BenQ laser light sources support 24/7 continuous operation and are suitable for public display applications. Users can select different light source modes to optimize energy consumption and provide up to 20,000 hours.
DMS Local is a device information and management software based on Windows operating system. For those who want to remotely control your monitor via LAN, you can download the DMS Local software to operate it. DMS Local also supports proxy mode. Since Agent Mode can connect to the Internet, local devices can also be connected to the cloud, thereby integrating the features of DMS Cloud. Therefore, you can easily manage BenQ non-smart devices through DMS Cloud.
BenQ laser projectors are widely compatible with leading projector control systems, including Extron, Crestron, AMX and PJ-Link, and can be network controlled via LAN, allowing easy integration into corporate network infrastructure. When LAN infrastructure is not available, BenQ laser projectors also support RS-232, enabling reliable long-distance installations up to 15 meters.
