Full flash NASbook with flexible installation of M.2/E1.S SSD, turning into the preferred work machine for audio and video creators
Compared with the large rack-mounted all-flash storage solutions on the market, TBS-h574TX has five built-in SSD slots, providing a lighter and more portable form factor while retaining powerful performance. You can use TBS-h574TX as a work machine for pre- and post-imaging work to quickly complete ongoing projects, with a USB external DAS (such as TR-004 ) as an archive to keep the TBS-h574TX in top fighting condition for the next project! Each hard drive slot of TBS-h574TX has a built-in E1.S to M.2 interface adapter card. You can flexibly choose M.2 SSD or E1.S SSD according to your application needs.
Make M.2 SSD hot-swappable and more agile
As a frontline team for video shooting, we encountered the risk of the project being forced to stop when the SSD, the video storage device, was damaged. TBS-h574TX supports M.2 SSD hot-swappable function; it is also equipped with conditional data automatic relocation (self- QTS 5.1 / QuTS hero h5.1 support), when a specific SSD enters a critical state, the system will automatically move the data to the spare disk (Spare Disk) and directly add it to the existing RAID, eliminating long RAID rebuild time and downtime, and losing files. Risks are minimized.
SSD transfers efficiently and requires excellent heat dissipation performance
Designed with an excellent cooling system, the TBS-h574TX is equipped with dual fans and an SSD heat sink (the heat sink needs to be purchased separately), which effectively improves the heat dissipation efficiency and allows creators to enjoy the ultimate performance of the SSD with peace of mind.
M.2 / E1.S SSDs tend to generate heat when operating at high speeds, resulting in high temperatures, which may also reduce performance. It is recommended to purchase and install a heat sink on the SSD's controller chip to enhance heat dissipation and maintain stable high-speed transmission performance.
Dual-port Thunderbolt™ 4 direct-connect workstation for higher productivity
TBS-h574TX is equipped with 2 Thunderbolt™ 4 ports, providing 20Gbps high-speed data transmission; it can be directly connected to an online editing audio and video workstation of Mac® (including M1 and M2 chip models) or Windows® PC. 1TB of 4K video only costs about Transmission takes 11 minutes, greatly improving project collaboration efficiency.
Note:
• QNAP Thunderbolt NAS uses Thunderbolt™ Networking shared transmission technology, with a maximum bandwidth of 20Gb/s.
• Please use a Thunderbolt™ 4 / Thunderbolt™ 3 cable to connect the TBS-h574TX, and make sure your Mac® or Windows® PC device has the Thunderbolt icon .
