ATEN International , a global leader in digital information sharing, recently launched the 4K HDBaseT HDMI Extender Kit w/Dual Display – VE814A . VE814A uses HDBaseT technology, which can extend 4K HDMI signals to a distance of 100 meters through just one Cat6 cable. When Long Reach Mode is activated , it can push 1080p signals to a distance of 150m ; it also provides 1 near -end and 2 groups Remote HDMI output ; supports HDCP2.2 , Dolby True HD and DTS HD Master Audio , and provides different connection ports , including : Ethernet , 2*IR , RS-232 , suitable for various occasions where users require high-definition picture quality and extension use.
HDMI 4K picture output passes HDCP2.2
VE814A can output 4K HDMI (3840x2160)@100 meters and 1080p high resolution, and supports the latest HDCP2.2 , passing HDMI audio and video with copyright protection protocols ( such as Bluray , Set Top Box , PS4 , etc. ) , which is close to the needs of the market. At the same time, it can be used for 3D stereoscopic image playback to ensure that users can achieve the highest visual enjoyment.
Single Cat6 150m extra long distance extension mode
VE814A only needs one Cat6 network cable to connect the transmitter (VE814AT) and receiver (VE814AR) to extend the HDMI signal to an HDMI display device up to 100 meters away . The fuselage is specially equipped with Long Reach Mode On/Off , which can extend the 1080p audio and video extension distance to 150m after activation , making it more convenient for wiring. Extend the video and audio sources to reduce the inconvenience caused by tangled wires.
HDBaseT signal anti-interference technology
VE814A uses HDBaseT technology , which not only has good signal extension effect, but also has anti-jamming function to reduce interference during transmission and ensure clear and stable signal at the receiving end.
1 set of near-end + 2 sets of far-end HDMI output
VE814A supports 1 set of local and 2 sets of remote HDMI outputs . Not only the far end is displayed on two screens at the same time, the administrator can also observe the screen in real time through the local output .
Added multiple ports
VE814A adds a variety of connection ports , including : Ethernet , 2*IR , RS-232 . The Ethernet Port allows remote displays to connect to the network through VE814A ; the 2*IR Port allows users to transmit bidirectional IR signals ; RS-232 is mostly used to connect serial devices ( such as barcode scanners) .
